"Soy Story" - Unveiling the Devastation of Mass-Scale Soy Production in Argentina

In collaboration with:

In 2013, Tracks filmed, produced and edited a hard-hitting emotional film on the impact that mass-scale soybean production is having on Argentina, commissioned by Compassion in World Farming (CIWF) USA.

The film features interviews with peasant farmers who have experienced land grabbing by major corporations, families enduring chronic health issues caused by the widespread use and spraying of pesticides, and environmental organizations like Friends of the Earth, exposing alarming truths such as the destruction of more than three-quarters of Argentina's forests to soy production over the past two decades.
